and receive confirmation

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:
A credit card, certified check or money order is required to make a reservation
with Captain D Charters for 50% of the cruise rate.

PAYMENT METHODS:
1.Cash is excepted up to the day of departure.
2. We will accept a check, but it must be mailed 30 days prior to your cruise
date.
3.We also accept VISA or MASTER CARD.
LIABILITY and DAMAGES:
The credit card you provide will be charged if there are any damages to
equipment caused by you or any guest while on board.
Captain D Charters will be held harmless for any injury, illness, accident, and
may at captains discretion terminate or cancel the cruise.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel please call 573-216-8141 or send an e-mail to
dabbjb@charter.net at least 15 days prior to departure. If the cancellation
period is not observed, your credit card will be charged for 1/2 the cost of the
charter.
